25 to 30 mins to CBD(via expressway M2)
Bus Stop in front the House

Room Details:

-Room furnished
-shared kitchen, toilet, laundry
-aircon and heater
-internet & TV
-big mirror wardrobe

Required:

-Single person -pinoy
-Working
-1 week advance, 2 weeks deposit Payment
-Driver Licence, Passport, etc for reference
-Person should be neat and knows how to clean the shared area.

The house is only shared with 1 person.
Good neighbours, quite and very safe place, and with garden.

All Bills(water, electricity, internet) are FREE!! just pay the weekly rental.
