May tanong po ako,

Nagpakasal po kami nung asawa ko dito na sa Sydney, hindi po siya nagpapalit ng SURNAME nung nagpakasal kami. Kunware, mag lolodge po kami ng visa 189/190 at need ng NBI Clearance. Pwede bang ung NBI Clearance niya is SURNAME niya pa din nung single pa siya? at single pa ung status niya kasi previous NBI Clearance un.
