Hi. Ask ko lang po, hindi ko kasi nabeat ung band score sa IELTS for Accountant which is 7 in all bands, though meron nman nkalagay Provisional Skills Assemsent pwede ang 6 in all bands, if mag apply ako sa skills assesment pero under provision at maging successful nmn ang result, pwede pa rin ba akong mag apply for PR visas such as Visa 189 or Provisional Visas lang and pwede like visa 489?
