Makakapag-apply po ba straight ng citizen kahit expired na ang PR visa pero currently staying pa din naman dito sa AU? or kelangan pang irenew ang PR?

PR visa is indefinite, however, the travel facility is for 5 years that is why you need to apply for RRV if you will be traveling outside Au.
As such, you can apply for citizenship as long as you comply with the requirements.
