I have PR visa but haven't migrated yet to AU. Got pregnant, gave birth, and got married between the time I received my visa grant til today. It's been two years. I'm going to migrate in March 2020, but I also wanted my family (husband and daughter) to be there. Can my husband and daughter apply for a partner visa even if I haven't migrated to the AU yet?
