Small room for rent in Doonside

Hi, we have a small room for rent in our townhouse. It has a single bed and built-in closet good only for single (male or female). Rent is $150 per week all bills are included. It's around 8/9-minute walk to Doonside station.

We just need someone who is clean and tidy. The room will be available from 27th of November.
