Hello po. We have 2 rooms available in Epping, 5 minutes walk to the train station and close to shops. Newly renovated, clean and pet free home. Pm me for details. Utilities included.

1st room is 3.2X3.6m (comparable to a masters bedroom size)
2nd room is 2.70X2.75m

Both rooms will be available from 15 November or can be earlier
