How is the work environment and culture? How do your colleagues and patients treat you? Do you experience discrimination or racism? What are the most challenging aspects? Are you satisfied with the pay and benefits? Does it sufficiently compensate for the amount of stress and work? How is it different from your work in the Philippines? If you could, would you do it again or choose an entirely different career path?
