break lease - 1 bedroom apartment in Homebush, Inner west

Hi guys,
we'll be moving out of our apartment soon, and we're looking for someone to break our lease.. It's a 1 bedroom apartment with a separate large study area that can be a room on its own. It also has its own car space and cage storage at the apartment's basement.

The apartment is located in Nipper Street, Homebush NSW.. 6mins walk, from Homebush train station (which is approx. 30mins to Sydney central). It is about 15mins walk to Strathfield station to catch the limited express if you like. There's a nearby Aldi supermarket just across the street.. We've just been here for about 6 months but because of job relocation, we need to move place as well.

We can also sell to you guys our furnitures and appliances if you like. so we don't have to move it out with us and you don't have to buy one.. just pm me for details (pics, price).
