Hi! I'm a 23-yr-old male who will work for 2+ years in Sydney.

• Solo room in a solo OR shared flat/house. I can rent solo but a shared listing is okay too!
  
• IDEALLY near CBD but open to locations that are 30-45min away by public transpo
  
• Available on the 2nd or 3rd week of June 2019
  
• Furnished (kitchen, bed, cabinet, washing machine with dryer). I cook my own meals po
  
• Cost depends on the offer. Please just give me your reasonable price, preferably kasama na po si utilities (Water, electricity, internet)
  
• Preferably has a gym if the room is in a complex. If shared house yung property sana may malapit na gym
