Hello! I’m currently on student visa that will expire on October 2019. I got into a serious relationship last September 2018. I met him online and fell in love with each other. But since my visa is expiring and he doesnt want me to go back to the Philippines, he suggested partner visa. But my worries are:

1. We’re turning 12 months on September, is it enough time to lodge the visa? Am I going to have rights to stay here? (Bridging visa)
2. We don’t live together. My family is a conservative family who wants marriage before living in together
