Got my COE, what are the chances of not getting the grant?

Hi,

I just got my COE and we are now processing my student visa for July 2019 intake. I will be with my wife and my 4 month old baby. I trust my agent so much but are there any instance when the same case as ours didn't get the grant? thank you.
