Visa 190 regarding job offer requirement in Tasmania

Hi guys! I have a question po. As of now, me and my fiancé are planning to lodge my EOI under visa 190. Sa Tasmania lang po open yung occupation ko which is architectural draftsperson. Sa ngayon nahihirapan kami maghanap ng job offer (requirement sa tasmania immigration website para maapprove ng state nomination).

Anyway, iniisip ko lang if ever may kakilala kami dun na employer na willing magbigay ng job offer letter / employment contract FOR SHOW, yun yung ipapasa namin. Pag naapprove na for PR, sisilipin ba ng australia immigration na dun talaga ako nagwork? Thank you po!
