RESIGNED AFTER THE APPROVAL OF TOURIST VISA

Hi po sa lahat, ask ko lang po sino po dito ang nag resign sa work after ma approve ang tourist visa? wala po bang naging problema sa immigration sa pinas or sa australia? hinanapan po ba kayo ng vacation leave? share naman po kayo ng experience. Thank you!

Ang alam ko, kailangan na may return ticket ka at meron certification from employer na naka-VL ka lang at babalik ka sa work mo after the duration of your vacation. At least that's what we did when we visited Sydney last 2017. Meron kaming COE at letter indicating that our employer is aware of our travel to Australia for vacation. So kung nagresign ka, things could get complicated.

Yes. Requirements siya, at kailangan mo din nung hard copy nun pagdaan ng immigration.

@amari0527 Wala naman hinanap sa akin sa immigration noon but that's my experience... doesn't mean it'll be yours as well.

For me. Di na hinanap sakin Ang COE and approved VL. Passport and returned flight lang. Since on your visa application Naka submit Mo. Indicate Mo Lang sa embarkation card another work Mo.
Pero for the benefit of the doubt just bring documents you submitted during mag apply the visa. Para sure.
Yung 1st PUNTA Jo Australia okay Kasi meron Ako work.
Now planning to apply for my 2 Nd visitors visa. Medyo may pressure na Kasi. On my 2nd travel to Australia pinaresign na Ako no employer. WALA na along strong ties na to prove babalik Ako even your intention is good faith.

Sakin wala naman. The immigration officer from pinas asked me kung nagwowork pa ako, i said no kasi kakaresign ko lang sa work ko after my visa got approved. Inabot ko na kasi agad ung visa and tickets ko sa officer kaya wala na sigurong msyadong tanong. Haha! pagdating sa Australia wala din tinanong cheneck lang nila ung passport mo, no more questions na.
