Tourist Visa witn no 8503 condition?

Ask lang what type of visa to apply or if possible magapply ng tourist visa na walang 8503 No Further Stay condition. 2017 ako nagapply ng visa na family sponsored which was approved pero may 8503 pa din. Plan ko kase i-apply ng student to after approved. Mas ok ba magapply ako ng tourist visa na hindi family sponsored to avoid this condition?
