One extra furnished room with built-in wardrobe and it comes with double bed, study table and office chair at Manor Lakes/Wyndham Vale. The place is just a walking (5min walk) distance to the train station (Wyndham Vale Station - Zone 1/2 fare applies). If you work /study in the city (35 mins to CBD), there are both regular and express trains running to the city stopping only two stations - Sunshine and Footscray before its final stop at Melbourne - Southern Cross station and regular trains stopping Tarneit/Deer Park, Sunshine, Footscray stations depending on your timing. These trains are running on an alternate schedule. Alternatively, if you drive we are close to the expressway exit both going to Melbourne City and Geelong.

Very conveniently located and within walking distance to local shops, public transport, you won't need a car. You will enjoy the quite relaxing vibe of this relatively new house. Available room has built in robes, shared bathroom, laundry area and small backyard which is good when having barbecue. All this serviced by a split system heating and cooling system.
