Hi ask ko lang if paano mag lodge ng student dependent visa. My partner is already in Australia.

Sino po ang mag apply. Student po ba or dependent?
Sino po ang mag proprovide ng GTE? Student or dependent?
I have tourist visa 3mos ME will it affect our application?
Pwede bang ang purpose ng pag punta ko dun is to take short courses/training?
