It is in the HEART OF SYDNEY CBD and Prestigious Building.
1 minutes to World Square , Town Hall station , Chinatown and a short stroll to Darling Harbour, Westfield shopping centre, universities, Event Cinemas.
5 minutes walk to the Light Rail and theatre.
I will post a video clip of my apartment for friends who are interested to see

Price :$255per person/ per week .

Strictly No smoking.
Own key and access card.
Must be very clean and tidy persons
Bond is 2 weeks rent and 2 weeks rent in advanced
