Starting out with Visa Application

Hi, I'm new to the forum and like many others here, we also want to apply for AU visa.
We are currently based here in SG and we've been working here for 5 years already. My experience is in IT and planning to apply under - NOC Developer Programmer. Nagbabasa basa ako sa AU site and understand na unang step is assessment under ACS, I have few questions kaso medyo nakakalito yung sa reference letters:
1. For reference letters:
- Isa sa companies ko dito sa sg closed na though my communication pa naman ako sa direct Manager ko. Sa gantong case, tama ba na kelangan kong magprovide ng Statutory document na nagsasabi na colleague nya ako complete with roles etc based on their guideline?

- For companies na walang CTC stamp, pede bang kumuha ng stamp from lawyer? Meron akong nabasa about notary stamp. Meron bang SG based din nag apply and san kayo nagpanotary or stamp dito sa sg na mura? or sa pinas nyo ginawa?

- Sa current company ko, kakastart ko palang kasi. Ano bang mas ok na gawin in case magtanong for what purpose ung COE? Pede bang from colleague na higher humingi instead - so another statutory document na dapat iprovide? Pede bang generic na COE from current employer tapos statutory document from manager?

2. Payslips: For initial assessment sa ACS, kelangan bang magprovide na ng payslips. Kasi nakita ko na hindi naman sya kasama sa requirements pero my nababasa ako na nagpoprovide nadin agad. Kung later on pa sa visa processing kelangan ang payslips, usually ilang months per job experience ang kelangan iprovide?

3. Others:
Gano katagal ang processing ng ACS?

After ACS, ilang months ang validity para makapagtake ng english exam?

Pasensya na sa dami ng questions. Medyo overwhelmed lang kami sa dami pala ng kelangan asikasuhin.
