visa 400 to 457

Hi!
I would like to know if anyone here any timeline for our company sponsored visa application.
Currently, hubby is holding visa 400 and will be converted to visa 457 ( family included) last 25 Feb. We completed all required docus last 22 march. For your kind advise please
