- 5 minute walk to train station and bus stops.
- 30 minutes to get to CBD and 1 hour to Gold Coast
- No aircon, with Single bed, 1 wardrobe and electric fan
- walking distance to butcher shop and 5 minute drive to Sunnybank
- 130 per week with 1 week deposit
