Ladies, Gents and Anything in between. I have a room for rent in my near new 4 bedroom townhouse in Blacktown. The house is literally 10-15 minutes brisk walk to Blacktown Station and Westpoint.

The room comes fully furnished with a single bed, a computer table and a swivel chair. The room also comes with a spacious built-in wardrobe.

The house is currently occupied by myself, my partner and my brother so there's still plenty of space. It still has 2 spare rooms but i'm only renting 1.

The house comes everyting you need to live comfortably with a fully furnished kitchen with gas cooktop, microwave a fridge and a dishwaser. Washing maching and clothesline is shared amongst other things.

There's also a nicely sized backyard, perfect for those times when you just want to chill and watch the grass grow.

There is parking a spare parking spot available for a little bit extra if you're interested.

For $180 you get all that plus the following
- All bills (gas and electricity)
- Internet (iiNet, I only use the good stuff)
- Great company of people

Couples are welcome for additional cost.

I will be picking the right tenant but as the following are absoulte pre-requisite.
- Cleanliness
- Must be friendly

Smoking is acceptable outside.
