I have a room with t&b for rent in Joondalup City (26 kilometres north of Perth CBD). The apartment has 2 bedrooms with 2 t&bs and is around 3-5mins walk to the train station.

If anyone is interested, please let me know. It will be available by May 1.

November 2013 - Visa granted!!
December 2013 - IE
July 2014 - Final destination :-)
