  Hi @aolee, nope its Australian Institute of Management (AIM)- Sales and Marketing Manager kasi ang nominate ni husband na skill so sila ang assessing authority.
  
  Mostly kasi dito sa forum ay vetassess ang nababasa ko na nag-assess ng skill nila eh, just hoping meron few na AIM para makahingi ng pointers

  I just got my IELTS results and will apply for Engineering Management Assessment thru AIM. Still working on the documents.

  hi there - congrats on ur visa approval. i hv sumbitted my skill assessment to AIM and waiting for results, they have asked me a querry about my previousjob organisationa chart and subordinate descriptions.Since my last company is closed down 6 yrs back i cant fulfil there request. pls advise ur thoughts. i m worried.

  AIM is suppose to be the toughest assesing authority. cud u pls advise what sort of organizational chart u hv provided them and subordinates descrtipon as well. this will really help me a lot. if possible can u send me thru mail. my address is hans_me7 , it is hotmail . i will b ereally thank ful to u . i want to clear my results , i m damn worried.

  My assessing authority is also AIM. The nomination was approved 2 weeks post-application. During the processing, AIM asked my employer twice to submit documents as further information. However, I had no idea what those documents were.

  To hans and baronnan.. I am preparing my docs for AIM Assessment, hope you can help me on this inquiry RE... For non managerial past work experience for more than 10 years ago, should this be included in the employment details? If yes, do i need to supply position description and org chart too?
