    @Makayla, we are interested in renting the rooms. we (wife and two kids) will be moving to Melbourne end of this month. Aside from access to public transportation, our other concern is if your area is near a school? Thanks

    Kasama na ba lahat family mo magmomove?primary school ba? merong St. Francis Catholic school, walking distance lang mga 10-15mins walk lang

    yup kasama na. naginquire kasi kami sa mga primary school dyan at most all of them will not accept new students after the 1st semister. So if we miss the enrollment this 1st semister, they will need to wait til next school year. Public o private school ba ang St Francis Catholic School?

    Do you allow short-term tenants? Like a few weeks, maybe a month? Just enough time lang para makahanap ako ng sariling apartment. I'm looking into moving sana in the first week of feb (or last week Jan). I noticed also na you have a BR with ensuite, is that taken na? :)

    Is Mulgrave area near monash dandenong hospital, would you know? Salamat ha for the info!

    Mas gusto nung friend ko na long term, Monash Dandenong Hospital is about 15 mins drive from Mulgrave.

    Are you a nurse? what department ka magwowork? dun nagwowork yung pamangkin ko sa mental health.

    @Makayla Master of Business Administration.S level 4 Dockland Drive Dockland Vic.Melbourne ang location nya.yon mga ksama ko nandyan sa Broadmeadow cla last Nov2013 cya nandyan.narefuse kc ako kc d raw related ang course ko sa kukunin ko dyan .accounting kc yon una at maka time deposit ang pera ng sponsor ko kya try uli kmi s Feb 2014 bka may ayaw n ang god.binago ang course ginawang MBA tpos pti ang sponsors.naglgay n rin ako ng 1M sa account ko pra may pera.

    Oh ok.. Ilan kayo dyan currently? I am actually keen on getting my own place kasi I usually have family over. Kaso nahihirapan ako maghanap sa realestate. Sa Paediatrics ako papasok and 6 months lang ako sa Monash Dandenong kasi. I do need to really find my own place. Yung pamangkin mong nurse permanent na siya? Hanapin ko siya pag andun nako para may kilala na agad hehe.

    Do tell me if you guys change your mind about short-term rentals. :)

    By the way, if I may ask. Ano "safe" suburbs dyan? What are your thoughts on Clayton, Patterson Lakes, Narre warren, or Dandenong North?

    @Nadine Hello! yes permanent na yung pamangkin ko sa Dandenong Hospital...lahat yung mga sinabi mong lugar ok naman, medyo rough lang yung Dandenong area.. Taga Cranbourne North pla ako, near Berwick, if you want to google it, it is a great suburb very safe...15-20mins drive to Dandenong Hospital
