Homestay or room for rent in Blacktown

  I will start processing my student visa by November, and looking forward for my student visa be granted by January. I am looking for a Homstay provider or a Room for rent near TAFE NSW in Blacktown. Classes commence Feb 4, 2014.

  I have a friend who has a fully furnished room (including large flatscreen tv, dvd player, huge closet, cabinets, study table and chair, bed sheets, pillows and comforters) available by late January next year for a single female. $220 a week, breakfast and dinner is included as well as all utilities. No need to buy anything, just move in. Location is in Lidcombe (20 minutes away from Blacktown). PM me if interested and this is for single females only, non-smoking, non-alcoholic, non-drug addict and non-criminal hehehe.

  Ayus ah very good, very specific ang puede lang mag apply sa room for rent. kulang na lang ata yung "with pleasing personality" just kidding cheers
