Hi, for those who are currently looking for accommodation.. May mababakante po na 3 rooms this July sa bahay ng landlady namin.

2 rooms will be available on 15th July and another one will be available by the end of the month. Rooms are fully furnished with queen sized bed, bedside tables, desk, dresser, mirror and heater. Linens and quilt are also provided so all you need to do is move in with your stuff!

The house is located 15-20 mins away from CBD and is serviced by Bus 202/203/209. Bus stop is conveniently located just outside of the house

Rate is 150 pw for single person (inclusive of elec and unli internet)
Kung couple/family (with small kid) - iba po ang rate, but this can be discussed and negotiated naman with our landlady.
