Self-contained room for rent in Melbourne

Hi! Nag ask ng favor landlady ko to post that a self-contained room at the back of the house (beside ours) will be available in 2 weeks' time. Rent is 110/wk plus 50/month for utilities. Internet is free. With own T&B but outside the room. Iba pa to sa una kong pinost na room available. 5-7 mins walk to train station, 3-5 min walm to market/groceries/resto, 30 mins to city by train and walking distance to NMIT Preston campus. Salamat.
