Hello po. Any insight po on my case will be appreciated. I already submitted my application for EA assessment (with RSEA) last August and pending assessment po sya. Now, I saw some posts/inquiries on the job order documentary requirements. For context, I only have 8.5 years of work experience in total and 2 years of which is job order/contract of service employee ako sa government. Wala po akong any govt mandated contribution (SSS/Philhealth/PAg-IBIG) and hindi rin ako nakapagfile ng BIR2316. I think mabibigyan naman po ako ng BIR 2307 ng company namin. I was later absorbed din po pala within the agency. Current documents ko po include a COE, contracts, salary certification, DTR. Will this be honored po kaya for the assessment? Also I am thinking to request a reference letter from my supervisor pero ayoko po sana ipaalam na nagpprocess ako. Ano po kaya magandang reason? Thanks everyone!

Based sa exp nmin mag-asawa (I had my assessment last Feb), eto yng mga hiningi sa amin; (a) certified or doc stamped BIR 2316 (b) proof of contribution from SSS/Philhealth/PAG-IBIG. Both (a) & (b) must show the name of company or employer. Sa asawa ko, hindi naconsider yung 2 years nya dahil freelance or contractor sya dun sa company. EA assessor requested for proof of tax payment and gov't contributions. Hindi din naconsider yung contract documents at payslip. As for COE and reference letter, required po. Please check the website at nakasulat dun yung details na nakasulat dapat sa letter (i.e. working hours, salary amount, etc).
