Hello, ask ko lang po naka apply kami for 189 and 190Visa may question lang ako regarding EOI. 3months pregnant kasi si wife, while waiting for invitation need naba i update yung EOI para include yung magiging baby namin? TIA

Congratulations sa upcoming baby niyo sir! Sa experience namin, hindi po kailangan. Pwde niyo siya isama once maka receive kayo invite.
Actually un nangyari samin, na-invite kami mangaganak nako. So na-add lang namin siya after namin magsubmit ng visa requirements. Mag apply ka change in details po ata. Then si immigration na un nag-add name ng baby namin nun na-grant kami. Free din kasi siya. Wala bayad if new born.
Occupation: Software Engineer (ANZSCO 261313) – Offshore
Applicants: Family of 3 (Primary applicant + spouse under the same occupation + newborn)
Points Claimed: 85
Timeline:
10 2022: Submitted EOIs
12 2023: Received invitation for Subclass 190 (Victoria)
02 2024: Lodged complete application, including newborn’s documents
04 2025: Additional documents requested (S56)
04 2025: Visa granted for all three of us! 🎉
