BS CIVIL ENGINEERING GRADUTE WITHOUT PRC LICENSE with 16 YEARS EXPERIENCE ABROAD

Good day po, I am a graduate of BS Civil Engineering, I have applied for the position of Civil Engineering Technician which is under VETASSESS, i submitted all required documents but they are asking for my PRC LICENSE, which I don't have. They have two options, submit this document or to just go through with the processing without this document and hope for the best. What are my chances of getting an approval? if there is.... Thank you po sa makakasagot.

    Just respond to them that you don’t have it. It’s not mandatory.
