Student visa with CKD

Hi, I just had my nedical sa Bupa last week and they sent me an email after 3 days referral letter to GP stating that my crea is high 129umol and egfr 44. I will just bring the letter to the GP. But it also stating in the letter that they sent my results already to immi. Please help me on what to do. Will the immi contact me directly as well?
