We are 2 Pinoy post-graduate students sharing a house with 1 Chinese and 2 Cambodian students (maximum occupancy is 5). The landlord is Chinese Australian (mabait naman). Our Chinese housemate is leaving tomorrow and his bedroom will be open for rent. AUD$95-100 per week excluding gas, electricity & internet. Located near CBD - Keswick, via Richmond Road (Stop 2A via 167, 168 & 169 bus routes), or alternative through Everard Avenue (Stop 2 via Bus 241, 245 & 248). Only 10 to 15 minutes to Central Adelaide by bus or 20 to 25 minutes by bicycle. 3 toilets/bathrooms. H/C water. Functional kitchen and laundry area. It's quiet, safe and ideal for students or young professionals. Text/call Gie at 0478-939-477.

Busy siguro si Gie (thread starter) kaya hindi nakapag online. Ideally pang single ang room, although malaki sya. Room is $95/week.
If couple, better to discuss it directly to the landlord or alternatively, txt mo muna si Gie.
(tagal magreply si Gie eh, kaya umepal na ko dito hehehe)
one hella' skilled visa grantee. Happily ended up as an ICT gov't employee where SKILLS Australia is just one desk away!
