  Nakikita ko kasi sa mga grant letter - "Date of Grant" at "For first entry, arrive by"

  Sa 190 Visa application ko kasi "No Partner" ang claimed points dahil bf/gf pa lang naman kami.

  Pero kung sakaling ma-approve ang visa kailan kaya pwede ma-engage at pakasal kahit* Civil Wedding lang, sa after ng Date of Grant or Arrive by muna sa AUS?

  1. Kung nagclaim ka ng single points, please don't get married, live-in, o nakabuntis before visa grant. Your application will be refused.
  2. Kung na visa grant na, may nakasulat in writing na condition na don't get married or defacto or live-in or nakabuntis, before first entry.
  3. Kung wala naman nalagay na condition after visa grant, you are good to get married or defacto after visa grant.
