Room for rent - The Ponds

The house is in a stunningly beautiful location.

A newly built, beautiful 2 storey, 4 bed house with 3 bathrooms and 2 living areas and ample-sized frontyard and backyard. There are lots of parking spaces on street.

The property is just a 5-min drive to Tallawong station, 7-min drive to Rouse Hill and Schofields stations. There are plenty of bus stops nearby and Cooee On Demand buses also operate within the area.

The property is surrounded by groceries (Woolworths, Coles, Aldi), pharmacies and shopping centres. Rouse Hill Town Centre, Stanhope Village and Schofields Village are all a 7-min drive. The Ponds Shopping Centre is only a 5-min drive.

The room for rent is spacious with a large window, showing the gorgeous outdoors and plenty of sunlight also entering the room. It has a bunk bed which comfortably sleeps two underneath. A new double-sized mattress is provided. The room also comes with a stand lamp and a standard-sized wardrobe with huge mirror.

We are happy to share our kitchen, living areas and of course, the washing machine.

About the us, we are a family of 4. I am a pharmacist and my husband is a civil engineer. Both of us came from Quezon City. We have an 8-year old boy and a 3-year old girl who are very friendly and wonderful. We are a quiet and easy going family. We like watching movies, travelling or just chilling at home. We also like meeting up with friends and hold occassional gatherings at home.

We are looking for 1 person or a couple who are tidy, honest and professionals working full time on-site.

The rental fee is $310/week for a single occupant or $410/week for a couple.
The fee already includes internet, water, electricity and gas.

Unfortunately, no pets allowed. Non-smokers are preferred.
