Hello!just new in this group can I ask if I can start applying my citizenship I arrived here in Australia last May, 2018.Others said, 4 years staying as a PR pwede na , yong iba 5years daw. Next year mag 5 years na ako by May 2023. Can I start submitting online my documents?salamat🙏

You become eligible for citizenship if you've lived in Australia for at least 4 years on a valid visa, and you were a PR for at least a year. So if you arrived as a PR on May 2018, you would now be eligible for citizenship. If you arrived on a temporary visa, when did you get your PR?
If you got your PR after May 2022, you need to wait until the one year anniversary of getting your PR in order to be eligible for citizenship.
