HELP: Two Health Declaration, Two Different Answers

Good day po! We had our second medical exam done already as per s56 request for our 190 application.

I have a valid medical result for our Tourist Visa application and supposedly, I intended to use it to the medical exam request for our 190 pero hindi pa rin kami nakakatanggap ng response from CO so we just decided to go ahead with another full medical exam.

While reading through our 190 application, nakita ko na naka-NO pala ang sagot sa tanong na Tuberculosis and treatment when I clearly answered sa form na pinasagutan samin noon ng agent namin na YES dahil nagkaron ako ng primary complex nung bata ako. I also declared it sa Tourist Visa medical exam namin. I know I also mentioned it sa panel doctor sa medical exam sa 190.

Ngayong nagpamedical ulit kami for 190, I mentioned it again sa panel doctor. I had it done sa ibang bansa dahil currently outside of Pinas kami. Yung doktor ay tinanong kung may records ba ako nun, wala na kako dahil matagal na yun at hindi rin ako hinanapan even sa past medical exams ko sa Pinas.

My worry is baka makaapekto yung contradicting answers sa health declaration ko. Yung 2 kasama ko sa 190 application were given clearance already. Sakin ay ready for assessment pa rin. Iniisip ko tuloy na baka dahil dun. Do you think it will raise concern? Any insight po about this matter will be highly appreciated. Hope to get response as I really can't sleep thinking about it.
