  @jcpenaflor - hello po..maynagpost po si Rommel ng room sa may Liverpool. Hintay ko lang when available for rent. May nahanap na po ba kayo? Ano po plan niyo?Kasama kos naman si husbamdapunta Australia..same..halos wala kilalala.

  wow must be an expensive aprtment. sorry, I'm a bit cynical on this one. no contact info. not sure which city. posted all over the state forums. well fully furnished. If im the owner Of this type of aprtmnt, I would opt to have this listed via a proper realestate agent for my security purpose rather than through this forum. just my 2 cents

  Guys surry hills is quite an expensive suburb to live in kasi super lapit lng yan sa city. Rent there wont be lower than 500 plus or higher per week even for a 1 bedroom apt.

  And bihira lng pinoy in expensive locations.. Hehehe... If ever meron naman for sure wont bother renting out their place to strangers kasi not needed yun extra cash if they can afford rent in that area.
  
  My suggestion is look for a place sa western suburbs that is accessible by train to surry hills. Most pinoys are in the western suburbs if you really want a pinoy family to live with in sydney;)

  In case may naghahanap pa ng room, I have one available by Apr 6. Fully furnished at may sariling separate bathroom, 5 mins walk po kami sa Padstow train station. Pm nyo po ako pag interested. Thanks.

  hello there...i was reading the comments and may i suggest po sa mga naghahanap ng accommodation, baka ppwede pong magsama sama nalang kayo in renting and ambag ambag nalang...i believe meron pong mga ganun...
  
  i am also applying for NSW state sponsorship and still waiting for a case officer...hopefully and praying to fly to Aus before the end of this year...

  kung may naghahanap ng room for rent, meron kami, near fairfield/liverpool area, 15minutes walk to station, meron din bus stop nearby mga 2 mins walk, at around 50 minutes train ride to Sydney CBD. PM me to find out more.
