@hellojssy May mga visa for parents to live permanently in Australia and you can view these in the DHA page. Isa sa mga requirements ay yung balance-of-family test which means at least half of your parents' children are either Australian citizens or PR. Pwede mo rin naman syang i-sponsor on a tourist visa.
Pwede mo i-sponsor yung pamangkin mo on a student visa, tourist visa or family sponsored 491 visa if she has a skill on the skilled occupation list. Hindi mo sya massponsor for a PR visa kasi pwede lang yun for spouses, de facto partners, and your own kids.
Hindi ako medical laboratory scientist on a 189 visa. Pero wala naman bearing yun sa pag sponsor ng relatives.
