Hello po.
Alam nyo po ba kung ano dapat gawin kung mag-u-update po ako ng address kung saan ipapadala yung balota for overseas voting? Lilipat po kasi akong ng tirahan, same area pa rin naman po.
Tatawag lang po ba ako sa PCG (consulate)?
