Hi! good day all! need some clarification or enlightenment on ACT overseas application eligibity.
Kailangan po bang may Job Offer and Employer statutory declaration for overseas applicant or pwedeng wala? The word they used is CERTAIN kasi so medyo naconfused lang. Thanks!

Based sa snapshot niyo po, I think kailangan nung Job Offer and Employer Statutory Declaration. Part siya nung "certain criteria" na binanggit nila. Good luck po!

@haringkingking thank you for the reply... Dineretso ko na din yung pag apply at nilagay ko sa Matrix nila na Not Applicable yung fields na yan. If I get invited then good, if not then ok lang din.. Thank you ulit and goodluck satin!
