Hi,
Are there migration agencies/agents that do money back or refund for services not rendered given that you receive a negative skills assessment?
Thanks

Unfortunately they don’t exist. It’s like asking a doctor for a refund for the money you paid kasi Hindi ka gumaling or asking a lawyer for a refund dahil natalo case mo. At the end of the day, agents spent time on your case. Hence they need to be compensated for it. The only refund you’re entitled for are from the unrendered services.

Had to correct my post earlier. All agents must refund the money for in rendered services. That’s part of the code of conduct and will be sanctioned by the Mara if found guilty for breaching this.
