So I'm currently an offshore (in the philippines) holding a student visa. My studies will start on september. But I currently have an active application for an australian company that sponsors relocation. I think the visa is just temporary working visa. If I got accepted, magkaka conflict po ba yun sa current student visa ko if they applied a working visa for me? May bad effect ba yon?

Your student visa will be automatically cancelled when a new visa is approved.

I guess your working visa has also study rights...conditions will be detailed in your visa. You can only hold one visa and the most recent approved visa will be the one ineffect cancelling thepreviously approved visa.
