Pwede ko ba gawin yun?
Kailangan ko pa ba kumuha ulit ng IELTS?

Check your visa conditions kung allowed ka to study. If youre onshore na, i guess IELTS is not required anymore( but not sure, depende din siguro sa school and the course you are taking)
