  If you can prove and satisfy the requirements of being in "de facto" relationship, there should be no problem.

  Thank you for your reply po. What if we met in the middle east. We were in the same company, living in our company's accommodation. We were roommates. We didn't have any bills to pay because the company pays for all. We also don't have our joint account there because it's not allowed there. I'm not sure what other evidences to submit other than call history, chats, photos, statement of friends and colleagues, our company Id's, online receipts with my name or hers at the same delivery address. 😔

  Best to get a solicitor or an immigration agent kung talagang need na makapunta sya as dependent of a student visa holder.

  Kailangan din po ba gumawa ng Statement of Purpose ni dependent (defacto partner) ng SOP? If so, ano po ang dapat na content?
