Hindi ko rin po alam kung anong Visa po ang pasok sa akin.

407 - Training visa (subclass 407)
489 - Skilled Regional (Provisional) visa (subclass 489) - State or Territory nominated

482 ang employer sponsored visa. Your employer needs to apply to get approval to sponsor someone before you can submit your visa application.
190 and 491 are state-sponsored applications. You will have to apply and then wait to see if the state will nominate you. Your employer can't really help you with this. 489 has been discontinued and replaced by 491.
407 is just for training and not for employment.
