Police Clearance
Good day po mga ka forum, newbie here. Tanong ko Lang po Kung kailangan po bang mag provide ng police clearance sa lahat ng na declare sa vetasses assessment? First ko po Kasi na overseas job was in China pero I am connected to my Philippine company pinadala ako doon kaso now ko Lang na realize na I was holding a Tourist visa bali every 3 months ine-extend Lang yung visa ko. Ang tanong ko Lang po Kung posible ba na hindi nako Hiningan ng australian immigration ng china police clearance since that was 2006 ago? If yes posible kayang makakuha ng police clearance Ang isang tourist visa holder who stayed for more than 30 days? Maraming salamat po sa magrereply Godbless po

@Arkitrap You need to provide police clearance for each countries you have lived for 12mos or more for the past 10 years(cumulative). Im not sure if China even give you a police clearance holding a tourist visa.

May isang kaforum dito na yung asawa niya 2.5 months sa sg, hiningan ng Police clearance even on tourist visa. So maybe prepare yourself narin.

Hallo, from china rin ako before. Kung 2006 pa edi 14 yrs ago pa yon. E 10 yrs lang naman ang requirement sa police clearance. Saka sa vetassess yung past 10 yrs work lang din naman yung inaaassess nila di ba. So i am not sure why you are worried for your 2006 job.
