TSS 482 Short term Skills Assessment

Hi I am looking at the Skilled Occupation List "Civil Engineer" and looking under "Visa" TSS 482 Short Term is not listed. Does that mean Civil Engineer skills assessment is not required for the TSS 482 Visa?

As per my agent, skills assessment is not required. They have a list for occupations that have a mandatory skills assessment requirement.
