HI MGA KA-GROUP GUSTO KO LANG PO MAG AK NG ADVICE, NAG APPLY po kasi ako ng partners visa 309 under de facto, nag send sa akin ang Australian Embassy that i need to submit the NSo birth certificate and if previously married need to submit previous marriage certificate na may annotation for annulment or divorce ang problema po eh di pa ko nakakapag process ng annulment dito sa pinas but gamit ko pa rin ang last name ng ex husband ko sa passport and sa pag apply ng de facto, ang tanong ko po kailangan pa ba akong mag pasa ng marriage certificate ko kahit wala pa syang annulment, iniisip ko kasi di naman ako magpapakasal and de facto ang partnership namin ng australian partner ko, kailangan ba mag pasa either may annotation or wala, sana may makasagot. thanks po.

    hi! may i? just my opinion. in relation to ur last question, No! ok, i believe u should go the long route here. better to undergo all the legal process to save urself from further problem, money & time. 1st things 1st, annul ur marriage & once the MC has an annotation already, apply for a new passport & process to apply for a defacto visa. regardless of magpapakasal ka o hindi, u should come clean para wala ng maraming sumasabit na problema. don't let the embassy investigate u further kasi baka ma blacklist ka pa. better yet, ask for a legal opinion.
