  Stop employing or sponsoring a worker
  If you stop employing or sponsoring an employee or they resign you must let us know within 10 days.

  Send an email to an address specified in the relevant legislative instrument, or
  complete the new Notification of sponsor changes form in ImmiAccount.
  The email address specified in the legislative instrument is sponsor.notifications@abf.gov.au

  The employee has 60 days from the date they finish working with you to:

  • find another approved sponsor to nominate them,
  • be granted a different visa, or
  • leave Australia
    Until then you must meet your sponsor obligations to the visa holder and their dependents.

  You are responsible for paying reasonable and necessary travel costs for the visa holder and their dependents to leave Australia.

  If the visa holder or any of their dependents becomes unlawful, you might have to pay the cost of locating them and removing them from Australia.

  Hello@espi...si hubby ko po naredundant noong march 20 to be exact,sobrang nagpanic kami noon kasi covid tapos wala siya work kung anong gagawin na maganda...sobrang stress kami kung kanikaninong agent kami tumawag hanggang nagpasched kami ng appointmemt sa isang agent good thing maganda pagkakaexplain niya sa amin...nagkaroon kami ng chance na hindi sumoko...sa tinagal tagal naghanap ng asawa ko lastmonth july naglipat state kami kasi hirap kami maghanap ng work niya sa Tasmania...ngaun dito na kami sa Nsw...at may bago na siyang work 3weeks na siyang nagwowork sa company niya ngayon....

  Immigration was not that strict po regarding the 60days na palugit...as long as wala kang narerecieved na mail o email from the immigration.may chance ka pa maghanap ng work....if ever may sulat from immigration you just need to explain to them kung bakit keylangan hindi nila ecancel ang iyong visa....good luck po... Sana makahanap kau ng employer na willing mag nominate sa inyo....just keep on praying and dont lose hope...
